As a company, you have the possibility to order gift cards on invoice via the form at the bottom of this page.
1. Order gift cards through our form.
2. Letzshop will send you an invoice.
3. Upon receipt of payment, the gift card are sent in PDF, as a list of codes or on plastic cards.
Yes, just fill in the contact form and we will send you a PDF with the codes by email. A greeting text is also possible: just enter it during the ordering process!
The gift card can be used at our participating local stores. See a complete list here. You can also redeem your Letzshop gift card for any product listed on the website.
Please note: The code cannot be redeemed or exchanged under any circumstances!

If your order is later cancelled by the merchant, your gift certificate will automatically be reloaded. We recommend that you keep your voucher until the order is delivered.
You can simply print the gift certificate or present it digitally in participating stores. The merchant will then redeem it at the time of payment.
The gift certificate expires 24 months after the date of issue.
No, but we can merge your vouchers into a new one. Just send us an e-mail to support@letzshop.lu.
